Our Story
ListFlow started with real frustration. Logan Wood spent 10+ years selling cars — 2,000+ vehicles personally — and found Facebook Marketplace to be one of the most effective places to move inventory. But staying on top of a full dealership lot was a grind: listing every new vehicle, tracking which ones never got posted, adjusting prices as they moved, reposting after 60 days. The work didn't stop.
The idea was Logan's — born from those hours on the lot. He knew the tool he wanted to build, but needed help getting it in front of every other salesperson who'd need it. So he brought in his brother Gaven Vitz, an Indiana University marketing and advertising graduate with a current read on how modern buyers actually find inventory online. Together they built ListFlow: a dashboard and ListFlow Engine™ — a Chrome extension that pulls your existing AutoTrader inventory and pre-fills Facebook Marketplace listings, so staying on top of a full lot stops being a second full-time job.
Logan still sells cars at a Ford dealership in Fort Wayne, Indiana. That's not a bio detail — it's the whole point. ListFlow is built by someone who still has to use it every day.

Logan understands the job because he still does it. The photo wrangling, the specs, the descriptions, the Recommended Reposts after 60 days, the Price Adjustments when a vehicle's been sitting — ListFlow surfaces each of these as a simple task on your dashboard.
Your AutoTrader inventory syncs in when you hit Refresh. Your Facebook Marketplace listings get pre-filled when you click Import. You always do the final Post on Facebook's own form. Every shortcut we build keeps you in control.
Why We Built It This Way
Listing automation tools have a reputation problem: bulk-post scripts get accounts banned, password-harvesting tools create security risk, and anything that runs in the background can violate platform terms. We designed ListFlow to be none of those.
User-Triggered, Not Automatic
Nothing happens until you click. Inventory syncs only when you hit Refresh. Listings publish only when you click Post — twice, once in ListFlow and again on Facebook's own form. No background timers, no scheduled posting, no auto-publish.
No Passwords Stored
We never store your Facebook or AutoTrader password. ListFlow Engine works inside your existing authenticated browser sessions — so your login credentials for those platforms never touch our systems in the first place.
Two Review Checkpoints
Every listing gets reviewed twice before it goes live: once when you approve it in ListFlow, and again when Facebook asks you to confirm on their own form. You're always the one who decides what actually gets posted.
